CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University degree;
• Min 2 years of sales field experience, preferably in an FMCG environment;
• Ability to lead and motivate people
• Strong achievement orientation and teamwork & cooperation
• Analytical and communication skills
• Availability for domestic travel
• Driving license (min. 1 year experience). |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Propose activities in order to ensure the implementation and achievement of yearly sales plans and targets for all distributors in the assigned area;
• Define & monitor the distributors’ objectives, KSI and forecast, manage the distributors’ inventory and create all necessary conditions for maximize their shipment volumes;
• Supervise the sales team in order to ensure the achievement of sales objectives at the retail trade and strategic outlets level;
• Together with the Regional Distribution Supervisor prepare, negotiate and implement business plans with the local wholesalers; create excellent business relationship with local wholesalers;
• Provide consistent market and territory reports and analysis in order to identify business opportunities, areas for improvement and to implement strategies.
