CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

 University degree in Business Administration
 Min 5 years experience in the HR field in a senior role, including 2-3 years theoretical and practical knowledge and experience in compensation and benefits in a multinational environment; working experience in Finance area is a clear advantage
 Strong analytical skills and superior conceptual capabilities
 Decision making courage and an aptitude for risk taking
 Ability to manage complex projects and simultaneous priorities
 Effective impact and influence skills
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business English
 Highly computer literate, advanced Excel functions.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

 Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs in order to support the overall HR strategy
 Develop proposals for salary structures and periodic adjustments to support organizational objectives
 Manage the job description and evaluation process
 Provide the required C&B tools to management to enable them to manage their employees effectively in all C&B related matters
 Manage and ensure correct and efficient application of the HR administration system and international assignments
 Manage implementation of new compensation and benefits policies and practices ensuring their proper translation into practice
 Motivate, train and develop the C&B team members by paying a special attention to daily coaching and focusing on client services oriented value.
