CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree in Business Administration
Min 5 years experience in the HR field in a senior role, including 2-3 years theoretical and practical knowledge and experience in compensation and benefits in a multinational environment; working experience in Finance area is a clear advantage
Strong analytical skills and superior conceptual capabilities
Decision making courage and an aptitude for risk taking
Ability to manage complex projects and simultaneous priorities
Effective impact and influence skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business English
Highly computer literate, advanced Excel functions. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs in order to support the overall HR strategy
Develop proposals for salary structures and periodic adjustments to support organizational objectives
Manage the job description and evaluation process
Provide the required C&B tools to management to enable them to manage their employees effectively in all C&B related matters
Manage and ensure correct and efficient application of the HR administration system and international assignments
Manage implementation of new compensation and benefits policies and practices ensuring their proper translation into practice
Motivate, train and develop the C&B team members by paying a special attention to daily coaching and focusing on client services oriented value. |
