Trading Specialist

Requirements:

 University degree;
 Minim 3 years experience in Planning / Logistics (previous responsibilities in at least two of the areas of Sea/Land/Air Transportation, Export/Import Customs Clearance, Material Requirement Planning);
 Excellent planning & organizing skills;
 Decision making courage and an aptitude for risk taking
 Very strong customer service orientation;
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
 Highly motivated able to work at times with minimal supervision;
 Excellent negotiation skills;
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize issues easily;
 Solid knowledge of laws and regulations;
 Very good command of English;
 MS Office literate.
 SAP knowledge would be a plus

Accountabilities:

 Implement adequate procedures in order to satisfy export customers needs;
 Ensure accurate export production and shipment planning;
 Monitor import / export overall performance, recommending and implementing appropriate changes required to improve performances;
 Develop appropriate communication channels and a professional relationship with related ‘import-from’ and ‘export-to’ parties.
