Quality Assurance Engineer

• University degree in Engineering;
• Minimum 1 year previous experience in an industrial environment;
• Experience in Quality Assurance area is a plus;
• Understanding and practical use of statistics tools;
• Decision making, courage and an aptitude for risk taking;
• Feel comfortable working in a team;
• Excellent communication, analytical skills and customer service orientation;
• Demonstrated achievement orientation and creative thinking;
• High concern for order and quality;
• Good knowledge of English and MS Office.

• Plan and prepare regular and special sampling plans and follow up on their implementation;
• Analyze consumer complaints and quality issues related to product and materials and provide solutions to improve manufacturing processes;
• Initiate and follow up the necessary actions to ensure reliability of the analysis performed by the laboratory and continuously monitor the results;
• Maintain good communication with the appropriate functions in order to facilitate efficient problem solving;
• Prepare and implement QA procedures and provide QA training programs for interested parties.
