CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering;
• Minimum 1 year previous experience in an industrial environment;
• Experience in Quality Assurance area is a plus;
• Understanding and practical use of statistics tools;
• Decision making, courage and an aptitude for risk taking;
• Feel comfortable working in a team;
• Excellent communication, analytical skills and customer service orientation;
• Demonstrated achievement orientation and creative thinking;
• High concern for order and quality;
• Good knowledge of English and MS Office. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare, maintain and update the local specifications and Bill of Materials for cut filler, blends, filters, cigarettes and packaging;
• Providing local specifications for production employees according to production plan;
• Analyze all changes proposed by PMI/Cluster in terms of feasibility with local equipment and provide feed-back;
• Cooperate with other departments for implementation of new materials, minimizing stock of obsolete materials and search for alternative solutions;
• Implement all changes related to product specification or launches of new products and promotional products. |
