Plant Services Coordinator

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Engineering or Civil Construction, would be a plus;
• Previous experience in design, installation or maintenance of utilities’ systems;
• Excellent knowledge of utilities’ equipment functioning principles (heating, ventilation, air conditioning etc);
• Experience in achieving efficiency improvements for utilities’ systems;
• Experience in providing or supervising integrated facility maintenance services;
• Strong analytical, conceptual and achievement orientation skills;
• Feel comfortable working in a team;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong customer service orientation;
• Experience in MS Office (Excel) and technical drawings (AUTOCAD is a plus);
• Good command of English.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare preventive maintenance and repair schedules in line with Maintenance plan;
• Allocate manpower in the most efficient and flexible manner in order to ensure optimal use of resources;
• Control rational use of utilities, develop and implement measures / activities for the observation of energy saving best practices;
• Organize and supervise troubleshooting services in order to minimize equipment shutdown and contribute to non-interruption of equipment functioning;
• Keep track of technological developments in utilities equipment and advise management on suitable solutions for implementation;
• Test emergency utility equipment and networks in order to guarantee their proper functioning;
• Supervise, control and evaluate the performance of the facility maintenance contractor ensuring a fair and mutually beneficial business relationship.
