CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Requirements:
• University degree;
• 1-3 years experience in Trading/Logistics/Supply Chain Management Department;
• Strong and proven operational knowledge of alternative methods of transportation: road, sea, air, railway.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and laws;
• Decision making, courage and an aptitude for risk taking;
• Demonstrated integrity;
• Strong Achievement Orientation and Teamwork & Cooperation;
• Customer service orientation;
• Proficiency in English;
• Computer literate – MS Office package; experience working with ERP/ TMS-s would be a plus.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Organizes transportation schedule for imports and exports with suppliers or clients, considering the most effective delivery method in terms of cost, quality and duration
• Organize timely and efficiently import / export / transit custom clearance for all goods (tobacco, non-tobacco materials, finished goods, machines and spare parts, marketing materials, samples);
• Plan, schedule and review all materials for shipments / deliveries;
• Fill in and / or verify all back-up documents related to import / export;
• Control and confirm import related taxes calculation;
• Keep all internal customers informed on logistics agreements, rates and conditions related to import / export;
• Initiate and participate in contract negotiations.
