CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering/Management;
• At least 3 years relevant operations experience;
• At least 1 year experience in contractor coordination;
• Decision making courage and an aptitude for risk taking;
• Comfortable coordinating external resources;
• Excellent communication, analytical skills and customer service orientation;
• Demonstrated achievement orientation and creative thinking;
• High concern for order and quality;
• Proficient knowledge of English and MS Office

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main Responsibilities:
Control all hard service activities in scope of IFMS in order to ensure those are implemented to meet factory's requirements in a timely and cost efficient manner to contribute to the achievement of production objectives.
Monitor factory's dynamically changing requirements and recommend changes in contract scope, terms & conditions and KPI's of all IFMS hard services activities accordingly
Monitor contractor performance through KPIs, ensure work safety and obedience to environmental rules and regulations
Arrange support to all factory departments on SLA upgrade/development
