| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University degree, Engineering/ Economic/ Statistics preferred;
• Min. 2 years experience in materials planning and inventory management within a FMCG company;
• Experience in ordering via legacy systems (SAP or MRP Expandable) and e-auctions;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Decision making courage and an aptitude for risk taking;
• Integrity;
• Strong customer service orientation;
• Analytical and learning capability;
• Achievement orientation;
• Good level of MS Office knowledge;
• Fluent in English. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Execute purchasing activities for required materials and services to ensure availability on time, at desired quantity & quality in a cost effective manner by ensuring coordination among Operations Planning, Quality Assurance, Logistics groups and Suppliers;
• Assume a Prepare comprehensive requests for quotations and transmit them to bidders, set vendor selection criteria and prepare bid evaluation reports; lead negotiations with suppliers;
• Provide purchase forecasts to suppliers as well as to central purchasing teams on a regular basis and reserve production capacities;
• Assist in preparation of annual purchasing plans and generate accurate reports;
• Proactively search, evaluate and propose potential suppliers and ideas for improvement. | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
