Operations Trainer - Otopeni

Requirements:

 University degree, preferably in technical field Strong listening and verbal communication skills;

 Minimum 2 years experience in a production or maintenance environment;

 LEAN Manufacturing know-how (5S, SMED, VSM);

 Presentation, facilitation & coaching skills;

 Experience in training the trainer course is a plus;

 Feel comfortable working in a team;

 Good working knowledge of written and spoken English;

 MS Office knowledge: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Main Responsibilities:

 Provide established training programs courses in order to develop the technical skills for Operations personnel (e.g. operators, production technicians, mechanical technicians);

 Identify training needs in the Operations area and develop new or modify existing training programs for enhancing the employees’ skills and knowledge;

 Evaluate training programs to ensure the effectiveness of content and delivery methodology;

 Supervise the progression of trainees during formal and informal training programs;

 Analyze and document training results based on trainee performance and anticipate or advise management in the decision making process.
