CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
4-5 years experience in a similar position

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
Logistic support for the monthly management meeting: conference room booking, set up the agenda and distribute it to all participants, take the minutes of the meetings and distribute it to all participants;
Coordinate with other departments the logistics of meetings that involve the Country Manager
Insure logistic support for external visits
Logistic support for Country Manager’s trip- ensure the booking of flight tickets in advance; stay in contact with the organizers of the meetings and provide them with all the information needed for hotel arrangements, transfers, trip schedule
Manage the CM's agenda in order to ensure the ideal balance between meetings and work time in the office.
Office management - optimize the flow of documents sent for approval, identify " emergencies”, timely registration and distribution of the documents to all departments, translation of documents
Expatriate duties - renewal of residence permits, tax declarations, contacts with consultancy company to ensure this services
Monthly Expense Reports & Reallocation Expense Reports, bank transfers, invoice payments
Ensure logistic support for Legal Director (including contract filing, registering and archiving)
