| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
On behalf of our client, one of Romania's leading full service market research agencies, we are looking for junior research consultant to join its team.
- Eager to work in a demanding but challenging and dynamic environment that will quickly expand your personal capabilities and marketing research knowledge;
- Ability to learn fast and to adjust to new and challenging situations quickly;
- Willing to show performance in the research field;
- Analytical thinking and strong work ethics;
- Good time management, organization and planning capabilities;
- Capable of achieving consistently high levels of accuracy;
- Good communication skills and charisma (ability to interact with senior respondents as part of market studies to be conducted);
- Flexibility on time committed to the job when project deadlines require;
- Excellent command of English;
- Computer literate (good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and good Internet searching skills);
- Good understanding of marketing theory and principals;
- Graduate or still a student in the final years;
- Experience in marketing related positions is a plus.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

- Make research projects;
- Interpret and present research findings, make reports;
- Maintain and strengthen business relationship with the clients;
- Promote company’s services on the market;
- Research areas to be approached on the job: customer satisfaction; brand performance; advertising evaluation; mystery shopping; perceptual mapping; conjoint analysis (brand/price trade-off, brand equity); market segmentation; product test;
- Research methodology design;
- Marketing planning.
