As we said, you should be dedicated in all you do, enthusiastic and energetic;
Preferably a person with some previous experience in recruitment & selection (min. 6-12 months);

You have a winner attitude, you are self-confident;
Very optimistic, with a positive attitude, you always find a way to solve a problem;
Communicative, creative, open-minded, self-motivated;
With a strong sense of reality, with “the feet on the ground”;
You have a great desire to learn and develop;
Trustful, as we want to trust you and rely on you;
Of course, proficient with Windows, Office, Internet user;
English (advanced level) is a must; a second or third language is welcomed;

Draw Job descriptions; screen the CVs of the applicants, host interviews;
Implement the selection, recruitment and evaluation techniques, deliver candidate reports;
Head-hunting;
Personnel evaluation;
Counsel the candidates regarding their career development;
And much more!!!
