CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER

On behalf of our client, international company offering its Financial Clients a full range of outsourcing processing services for their Cards and ATM & POS acquiring programs (and also software solutions), we are looking for an young, serious and motivated person for the position Customer Support Officer

 Preferably student or graduated of “Institutul Bancar Roman”
 Excellent telephone manners, polite and patient;
 Good listening skills, calm and confident;
 Client oriented;
 Very good written and spoken English;
 Computer literate;
 Willingness to learn and flexibility;
 Serious, motivated, ambitious, intelligent, trustful, hard-worker;
 Team-oriented, results-oriented, loyal;
 Problem-solver, strong character, open-minded;

 Provide excellent customer care in line with company policy;
 Receive, respond to and process customers’ telephone inquiries by maintaining department’s quality and productivity standards through: identification of the customer’s issue; providing a solution/answer;
 Set follow-ups as needed to resolve the customers’ request;
 Ensure that all calls which cannot be dealt immediately are passed to the appropriate supervisor or department;
 Is responsible for maintaining accurate records as required by the department;
 Complying with objectives set by line manager;
 Abiding by company security rules and regulations;
 Quality control for the on-going projects;
