CARD APPLICATIONS OPERATOR

On behalf of our client, international company offering its Financial Clients a full range of outsourcing processing services for their Cards and ATM & POS acquiring programs (and also software solutions), we are looking for an organized, experienced and reliable professional for the opening Card Applications Operator

 Relevant experience, successful track record in managing and operating banking or card processing systems;
 Ideally but Not compulsory Cybernetics graduated;
 Very good understanding of technical concepts and solutions;
 Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Java/ or/ and/ PowerBuilder
 Good written and spoken English;
 Ambitious, intelligent, trustful, hard-worker
 Team-oriented, results-oriented, loyal, excellent organizing skills;
 Problem-solver, strong character, open-minded;
 Strategic vision, strong business understanding;

 Every day operation of the company’s Card Transaction Processing System
 Management of all operations, maintenance and security staff
 Quality control for the on-going projects;
 Implementation of new projects;
 Coordinate and offer support to the team of Card Operators
 Keeping up with all deadlines and especially keeping the system work on a continuous, uninterrupted basis of 24 hours/ 7 days
 Help Desk
 Special customer/ merchant assistance
 Ensure the security & an effective working environment
