Area Sales Manager

-Preferably University degree in engineering, architecture or other related degree
-Desire to excel and interest in sales, marketing and/or building materials
-3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, construction, and/or building materials is preferred
-Good communication skills in English
-Proficient in PC- MS Office
-Excellent business orientation skills
-Good track record in managing relationship with customers
-Outstanding negotiation and influencing capabilities
-Serious persons, determined and ambitious
-Availability to travel

Your role will be:

-Promote and increase the sales of our products in ceramics, wooden floor, carpet and DIY stores within assigned territory.
-Visiting the stores in assigned territory on a rotating basis: increase the sales of currently stocked and convince the stores to carry more products
-Educating the store employees, managers, department heads, customers and contractors on why the products are their best choice and how to install them
-Conducting extensive product knowledge training, both one-on-one and in large group presentations
-Analyzing the competition
-Managing inventory levels
-Merchandizing the products and restocking Point-Of-Purchase materials
-Develop and apply strategies in order to generate the growth of sales volume
-Raise brand awareness
-Achieve sales and payment targets
