CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
university degree, faculty of foreign language is a plus
1 year practice in similar position or in PR
very good English knowledge
good computer skills (MS Office)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
On behalf of our client, a powerful group of companies in real estate business, we are looking for a person able to:
Assist the management staff in the relation with inner or outer part of the company:
• Receive, first hand select and distribute incoming calls and mailing
• Administrate and record incoming and outgoing official documents
• File company’s documents
• Edit important documents
• Organize management board’s meetings and issue the minutes
• Welcome and guide visitors
• Participate in important events set up
• Administrate the foreign business travels
