Team Lead of accounting clerks - English and Spanish

• Management experience required
• Previous accounting experience/studies
• Experience with accounting system is a big plus
• Required skills: Excel, Word and Power Point
• Written and spoken ability to communicate in Spanish for client interaction

• Working with the Client Service Manager to ensure both contractual and operational Key Performance Indicators are met
• Acting as an escalation point for all accounts receivable related issues raised by the client. Ensuring the fast resolution of these issues and also finding ways of preventing them from happening again
• Communicating with the client to ensure that the accounts receivable department complies with the latest changes in the procedures
• Developing good client relationships
• Developing a motivated and energetic team
• ctively seeking opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives in cooperation with Client Service Manager
