Required skills :
University Degree - Finance major degree- MBA
Language Skills: English - Advanced and another European Language -advantage
Management experience in Operations / transition outsourcing industry ( BPO )
Strong Execution Skills / Proficient in use of IT
Engaging leader, communicative, team player, good interpersonal skills, process
oriented and excellent business skills
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Responsibilities:
Will be the leader of the team - guiding and motivating them for coordonating collestions debits
Provide functional and process leadership in F&A operations and transition efforts
Drive Outsourcing Industry operational metrics according to contractual obligations and improvement targets
Drive Benchmarking & Best Practices Sharing
