Personal Safety Manager

• University degree
• Experience in leading a health and safety environment is a strong advantage
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of personal safety standards and legislation
• Excellent English skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Clean driving license and availability for business trips

• Manage, promote and drive the implementation of health & personal safety culture within the company
• Ensure the company’s compliance with the Group health & personal safety policies/procedures and current legislation
• Initiate projects in the area of personal safety
• Recommend and implement solutions that eliminate or reduce work related health & personal safety risks to employees and Representatives
• Ensure all Company’s processes and procedures influencing personal safety are obeyed and ensure betterment and update of current procedures.
• Maintain business relationships with external professional bodies specializing in health & personal safety
• Preparing reports on key trends related to the personal safety for the Board
• Organize and lead training related to the personal safety of employees and Representatives
