| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Skills and attributes:
Fluency in English or Russian or Spanish;
Excellent communication and management skills;
BS degree from an accredited college/university in Accounting or Business (or equivalent) is required; CPA, CIA, or CISA (or equivalent) is preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
Ability to manage various projects simultaneously;
Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels;
Strong MS Office knowledge (World, Excel and Powerpoint);

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Qualification in one or more of the following fields:
Performance Management, Benchmarking, Process improvement, Supply Chain Management, Internal Audit and Regulatory Compliance (IARC), Project and/or process evaluation, Impact assessment, Cost accounting and management, Revenue enhancement and management
Information Technology (IT) audit reviews of various types of applications and system platforms including ERP systems, operating systems and the review of general IT system controls such as change management controls, and SAS 70 reviews represents big advantage.
