Personal Assistant

- Previous experience on a similar job is a plus;
- advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- primary accountancy knowledge;
- Ability to write texts and to summ up the information received.
- Flexible. Hard working. Open minded
- Client oriented attitude.

- English: advanced.

- Follow up the manager's daily schedule.
- Organize the contracts of the firm and be able to handle them at any time.
- Be responsible for the office.
- Be responsible for some primary accounting issues. Collection of invoices etc.
- Follow up all tasks regarding supplies and suppliers etc.
- Keep notes during some of manager's meetings, creating meeting reports afterwards.
- Remember all the manager's “obligations” and tasks assigned by the manager to the other colleagues.
- Be able to work in a friendly environment, as our team is relatively small.
- Think, decide and correctly implement the manager's directions.
