Hungarian Speaker - Accounting Team Lead

You will be coordinating the Finance & Accounting team which provides services for one of the Hungarian clients of the company.

YOU NEED:

- Bachelor degree.
- 1 year experience in managing a team.
- SAP or other integrated ERP knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing.
- Good Client handling skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
- Good knowledge of both English and Hungarian

YOU WILL HAVE TO:

- Monitor and manage on daily basis the staff performance and ensure direct reports meet their individual objectives and perform to establish standards
- Take timely action to coach, develop, train and motivates direct reports in order to improve their performance
- Ensure professional customer care.
- Manage the targets, activities and achievements of the team.
- Support the Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager and other support functions in administration activities.
- Support/prepare reporting.
