We are looking for Human Resources Executive

We expect you to meet the following requirements:

- University degree or at least student (preferable Juridical Sciences)
- Minimum 3 years experience in the HR field
- very good HR legislation knowledge
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Excellent knowledge and use of English

• Administers employment files of all employees;
• Supervise payroll agenda and administer payroll statistics/reports;
• Maintains knowledge of current issues and labor law related to employment policy, social security and all the other issues that has to do with labor process and supports all actions directed by the HR Manager and the Top Management of the company
• Actively contributes to the development and accomplishment of the Company’s Business Plan and Objectives in line with its mission, vision and values
• Is responsible for employee database maintenance;
• Responsible for obtaining work permits and residency permits for ex-pats;
• Conducts exit interviews to identify reasons for employee turnover
• Responsible for creating and implementing job descriptions, KPI’s and strategy in accordance with the Company’s future goals and objectives
• May assist the HR Manager in one or more of the following areas: payroll, benefits and compensation, education and training, job analysis and employee relations , recruitment, HR strategy, development etc
• Carries out tasks and projects assigned by the HR Manager and prepares HR reports and analyses according to the requirements;
• Conducts performance based interviews
• Provides information to authorized persons;
• Provides information for payroll to the Outsourced Company and verifies the monthly payroll;
