| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job Purpose
1. To organize and direct all sales activities in his/her market area.
2. Manage the regional sales operation in order to achieve annual sales volume and distribution objectives within agreed selling cost budget.
Train, manage and develop his/her team.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for implementation of the sales strategy within the region in compliance with the companys sales policy;
2. Define guidelines and action plans for achievement of the objectives by the sales force subordinated; coordinates action plans implementation;
3. Plan and administrate the region resources in order to achieve results expected;
4. Develop knowledge of the major potential clients, trends and development opportunities.
5. Recommend to the National Sales Manager, plans for exploiting all markets in his area, and ensure that all approved plans are known and executed by sales team.
6. Ensure that all routes/areas are optimally covered and that Sales Team understands the sales plans for their particular areas.
7. Monitor and control levels of credit in the market.
8. Maintain personal contacts with key accounts and assist sales team in building profitable volume outlets.
9. Coordinates the actions of gathering information on the market within the region
10. Investigate and evaluate customer complaints.
11. Report periodically on the sales progress and results, analyze developments and make recommendations
12. Establish or advice subordinates on the conditions of delivery, payment and other conditions for the clients within the specific limits
13. Provide direction for the sales team through leadership, motivation, communication and people development.
14. Train and develop his subordinates in order to have an efficient sales team.
15. Ensure that all personnel maintain the Company's image.
16. Ensure that all personnel are kept advised of the Company's policies, objectives and procedures.
