The candidate must have experience in operating a fashion store. Must have a creative flair and ability to cope with the pressure of fast-paced work.
Must possess commercial awareness and be well organized at work and good at planning.
Should be fluent in English and well versed with Microsoft Windows and Ms Office. Possess good written and communication skills.

Will be individually responsible for selecting and coordinating the outlet team.
Must have the capability to predict trends and fashions and decide which products are most likely to appeal to customers.
Responsibly for shop layout and placement of merchandise.
Analyze sales information, work out sales targets, and plan how to increase profits in line with management requirements.
