IT Manager

- Have good IT skills on servers (Windows 2003), client (pc and laptop);
- Have good Romanian and English language skills (written and verbal);
- Be a very good team player;
- Be self motivated and capable of working on own initiative in a pressure environment;
- Show ability to diagnose the cause of problems in a complex environment and provide effective escalation or solutions;
- Experience in working and supporting remote location sites;
- A minimum 2 years relevant experience is required;
- General knowledge of basic software configuration (Windows, Office), base level;
- General installation and maintenance of a data network (basic TCP/IP, cabling, etc);
- Able to work with close deadlines;
- Stress resistant;
- Able to travel in the country;
- Ability to work across cultures in an international context;
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technology quickly.

- Insures the maintenance, check and service interface for the computers and network printers;
- Installs and maintains software in accordance with the internal procedures;
- Provide user support on desktop, laptops, printers, installation of desktops and laptop;
- Administrate the LAN in order to operate in a smooth manner;
- Co-ordinate purchasing of hardware;
- Participate in IT project for the business.
