Training Coordinator

For one of our clients, Toyota Romania, we are looking for a Training Coordinator - 1 year period contract.

REQUIREMENTS

- Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and any learning management application;
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English;
- Internal customer driven attitude and team player;
- Attention to accuracy and detail, good planning and organizing;
- Skills in working within a multi-tasking environment;
- At least 3 years working experience with a multinational company;
- University degree will be considered a plus.

-Will act as an administrator of an e-learning application; maintains the learning management system;
-Will provide administrative support at a department level to ensure booking, preparation, implementation and monitoring of training related matters and other required resources for the training seminars;
-Work with external vendors to ensure administrative support;
-Will contribute to the preparation, compilation and proof-reading of training materials;
-Will follow on the registration of expenses and alignment with budget.
