Given the amount of work he/she should be available for long working hours.

Associate attorney responsible with:
- legislative research and up-dates;
- commercial and civil contracts preparation;
- assistance for the lawyers in commercial, M&A, privatisation projects;
- procedures with the Trade Registry, notary public offices, local public authorities;
- legal support for the real-estate department of the firm;

Paulopol Necula law practice (The Firm) was set up in 2005 and runs its day-to-day activity through its main office located in Bucharest, Romania.
