| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Essential job functions:
- Coordinate and implement maintenance schedules to ensure fleet and tools availability;
- Ensure parts availability;
- Maintain service records;
- Ensure that all equipment entering the workshop is repaired timely and efficiently.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Technical knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Sound experience in heavy equipments, hydraulic and trouble shooting;
- Technical and supervisory experience in maintenance for sophisticated hydraulic equipments, usage of special tools and diagnostic testers;
- Good knowledge of equipment management techniques and in depth experience of construction equipment repair & maintenance;
- Be aware of the documentation / reporting system and of latest technology and repair / maintenance methods;
- Responsible to plan, assign, supervise, coordinate and inspect the work of skilled and semi skilled employees engaged in repair and maintenance of equipments and plants.
Business knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Strong communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with clear sensitivity to cultural difference and the challenges it creates;
- Very good reporting and writing skills;
- Excellent English language skills;
- Very good IT Skills.
Education and experience:
- Degree in Engineering, Mechanics;
- Strong mechanical background;
- Minimum 10 (ten) years experience;
- Strong working knowledge of construction means and methods;
- Exposure to large size projects in the field required.
