| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Qualifications:
•University degree
•Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sector,
•Good interpersonal skills, a positive character, willing to help and improve,
•Excellent command of both spoken and written English,
•Excellent computer skills in MS Office,
•All applicants must have a driving license and no restriction for travel,
•Completed military service obligation for male candidates.

Job Description:
•Ensuring the compliance of the product with the customer specifications,
•Analyzing the process and the effectiveness of the controls,
•Preparing quality reports regularly,
•Being a champion of ISO TS 16949 implementations in the production area,
•Ability to set goals in consistency with company objectives,
•Ability to empower others to achieve goals through motivation, recognition and performance feedback,
•Ability to take actions, decisions, and to generate ideas, products, processes in promised timely manner,
