| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- University degree (economics)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; experience in insurance industry is a plus

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- develop and nurture strong relationships with high net worth, and mass affluent prospects and clients
- provide highly personalized financial solutions for these individuals, with the aim of fulfilling their expanding financial needs
- assess the economic performance of companies and industries for firms and institutions with money to invest
- analyze commodity prices, sales, costs, expenses, and tax rates in order to determine a company’s value and to project its future earnings
- Conducts and develops overall reporting and planning process activities
- Analyses results, business measures and deviations against set targets and plans.
- Ensures high quality analyses, reports & process compliance (internal controls)
- Development, analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information allowing to appraise the operating results of the Company in terms of profitability, performance against budget and other matters bearing on the financial soundness and operating effectiveness of the Company
- Working out of monthly controlling reports (analysis of income, costs and financial results)
- Producing of monthly and quarterly costs reports (costs analysis)
- Working out of monthly claims reports
- Working out of reports based on the requirements of the insurance specific legislation / of the Insurance Supervisory Commission;
