Facility Management General Assistant

We are looking for an experienced professional to take care of our local requirements and to support the Clinical Operations team with day trading from all operative aspects of Facility Management.

If you have large experience in building & customer services, good technical knowledge, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and strong PC skills (Microsoft Office tools), we would be happy to receive your application written in English (please add a photo, credentials and detailed CV), including remuneration details and earliest availability.

This position covers a broad spectrum of Facilities and Purchasing tasks, e.g., ordering of supplies, administering company car pool and facilities related contracts, monitoring of maintenance intervals and fulfilment of technical tasks.
