| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Ideal profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales and/or channel management experience in the high-tech industry, preferably in a software sales environment.
• Fluent in English and Romanian
• Very good knowledge about IT market
• Basic understanding of IT security solutions
• Must have strong relationship within the channels community
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication & skills
• Good negotiation and selling skills
• Results oriented personality with the ability to work under pressure, in a fast changing environment
• Integrity, personal and business ethics, willingness for future development and loyalty to the company and to the company’s customers
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for setting and driving in an aggressive way the strategy, recruiting, developing and expanding a strong channel partner network;
• Develop, support and manage the channel partners in order to build a robust indirect channel revenue stream;
• Identify major projects within channel partners and co-ordinate the activities through presales and consulting to maximize Panda product & services content in the project;
• Technology transfer, training and presentations with our main channel partners;
• Appropriate administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting (sales report and pipeline report), communication and liaison with all parts (end customers, resellers, distributors, PSR);
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, phone, and personal visits;
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services;
• Increase awareness and visibility of the company on the Romanian market;
• Achieve assigned business objectives and ensure partners satisfaction by delivering win-win business growth.
