PURCHASING INGINEER

Experience in a similar position, in construction field;
Fluency in written and spoken English; Turkish is a plus.
Excellent computer skills;
Ability to learn fast and adapt easily to different situations;
Good communication and teamwork skills are a must;
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to understand, prioritize, follow up and effectively complete tasks within agreed deadlines;
Showing a positive attitude and a good energy level;
Ability to perform multiple tasks under pressure;

Request for offers;
Translate various documents to/into English, major part of documents being related with construction field.
Draft electronic and paper documents in both Romanian and English;
Maintaining the consistency of the Purchasing Department contacts data base information
Maintaining and developing subcontractors/ suppliers relationships;
Processing business reports letters, presentations, documents, memos and performing all necessary follow up actions
Archiving and archive maintenance for Purchasing Department
Manage the internal information system and maintain information flow.
