| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Due to growth, we are seeking an aggressive Senior Sales Consultant to grow our market in Bucharest and around the country and then build and manage a sales portfolio.
Educational Background
University degree in Engineering or Economics is a plus, but not essential. It might be commensurate with relevant to the role if the professional experience.
Professional Experience
At least 5 years of Sales experience
Personality:
Positive attitude, sense of urgency, strong work ethic and desire to be the best
Excellent presentation skills
Customer orientated

Ability to work under pressure and keep deadlines
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job main responsibilities
Takes appropriate and effective actions to develop sales in line with company strategies.
Examination of marketing and sales statistics to devise sales and marketing strategies
Actively searching for new customers
Maintains the relationships with the existing customer while keeping high standards of Service Excellence
Maintains and updates a database of potential customers, leads, business opportunities, and offers.
Establishes and attends meetings with potential customers for the purpose of selling the companys products
Prepares offers and contracts ready for presentation to the customer
Builds relationships at a senior level with architecture/construction consultancy companies
Cold calling/selling prospective new service clients to generate leads and business opportunities.
Campaign co-ordination - managing new business sales drives in certain market segments (e.g. hotels, retail).
Marketing - responsible for completion of pre-maintenance tender surveys; co-ordination of mail-shot campaigns.
To work in a safe and ethical manner by adhering to the Companys Health and Safety Policy and Code of Ethics
Job requirements:
Previous successful and traceable construction sales experience (preferable in elevator industry)
Experience in an international environment is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in interacting with customers
Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good command of English
Driving license - B
