CANDIDATUL IDEAL: Skills
• Good IT knowledge, willing to become IT expert
• Windows Server, Networks, ADS, Domains, MSSQL, XML, Terminal Server, VMs
• Fluent in English, Romanian and 1 other language (for instance French, Greek, Russian or Hungarian)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Description of activities
You will ensure the support for the ORTEC planning solutions for customers operating in transport & distribution industry inside and outside Romania.
You are responsible for an adequate and efficient follow-up of the issues (questions, disturbances, requests) communicated by customers working with ORTEC software. You register and analyze the issues and when necessary you escalate them to a team of specialists.
Furthermore you will support the implementation team with installations at customers’ site (via remote connection), pre- and post-installation checks, document creation, maintenance of knowledge portal, solve network and hardware issues externally and internally.
You will achieve your results by being a reliable support consultant, motivated and well-organized and by ensuring the essential link between the ORTEC product experts and customers’ end-users (planners).
You will work together in a multi-disciplinary team in the Bucharest office and you will have frequent contact with your colleagues in other ORTEC offices around the world.
