Should have been in the line of Production Manager Profession in highly modern printing presses for not less than 10-15 years.

Have a professional understanding in all operations of a modern printing press divisions.

Familiar with most old and modern machines in printing field controlling productivity, efficiency and deadlines to customers.

Have got a highly managerial & leadership elements

Should have tools of high motivation, skills and knowledge in order to boost up productivity among staff.

Should be strong in planning & scheduling jobs for short and medium long term delivery.

Should be a standby leader of any unexpected negatives and troubleshooting.

Should be able to manage and lead average of 200 staff in printing field in various divisions.

Should be strong consultant for his subordinates in printing matters.
