Sells and stimulates demand for Kristal Homes Properties.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivers direct sales activities.
Accompanies prospects to model homes. Discusses house details and terms and conditions of sales, as well as post-sales warranties and services.
Presents the condominium and the surrounding neighborhood and environment.
Assesses the client’s financial capacity to determine eligibility for financing home.
Maintains direct contact with the clients, inspiring and encouraging them to close the deal.
