CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University Graduate (preferable).
Excellent communication skills and abilities and capacity to work in a culturally divers environment.
Open for ecumenical dialogue and Churches of various traditions partnerships. Excellent English and Romanian languages skills (speaking, reading and writing), familiarized with the divers Church language. Any other foreign language constitutes an advantage.
Computer literate (Word, Excel).

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Maintain permanent contact through direct dialog, e-mail and phone with all the Churches and EU Integration Consultation working group members and update them and all the relevant stakeholders about the latest updates regarding the event.
Develop and maintain a coherent system for documents and information management resulted during the conference preparation work.
Prepare all the documentation needed and correspondence/messages related to Consultation organization.
Assure logistical support for organizing the Consultation and make in cooperation with the Administrative Department all the needed conference venue arrangements (hotel reservation) and all the needed flight reservations for the people outside Romania attending the consultation.
To translate in English and Romanian all the needed documents related to this initiative and to communicate/transmit all the information to the people either invited and or involved in organizing this event.
To update periodically the Consultation Stakeholders Database (containing contact data) and to provide information to the ND and TD/CC Manager members regarding the requested contact data.
Organizes all the Working Group meetings and prepares all the documentation needed for these meetings as required by the supervisors.
Inform in a timely manner all the Consultation Stakeholders (including all the members of the working group) about changes in organization the Consultation.
Take all the Consultation working group meetings minutes, keeps its agenda and assures that all the working group members follow up on the discussed and agreed actions.
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence and faxes on behalf of the consultation working group, including drafting correspondence as needed organizing the consultation.
Keeps an accurate register of all the incoming and outgoing correspondence/faxes related to the Consultation and provides assistance in photocopying Consultation materials.
Receive messages and deliver them in time to the persons to whom they are addressed.
