RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
understand and communicate commercial business requirements and objectives related to transversal projects to the stakeholders, project team and external contractors
provide professional technical project management of highly transversal projects, either internal to TD or company wide projects by delivering timely, cost effective end-to-end Orange products and services
provide a transparent view of transversal projects progress and results to all stakeholders
understand business requirements (marketing and commercial, financial etc) and translate them into negotiated and agreed project objectives
define with the support of Business Processes and Analysis function and technical specialists the detailed technical work based actions structure and project plan for new projects to be implemented by the technical organization
set up of project planning including project team, budgetary resources, planning and milestones
project team motivation and empowerment in achieving project results
coordination of the project team in the implementation phase and synchronization of different TD sub-departments activities (Access, Core and VAS, O&M) or ORO departments for obtaining project objectives
continuously improve the efficiency of project resources usage
communicating clear, concise and consistent messages to the project team and organization related to managed projects
management of external subcontractors involved in transversal projects implementations together with purchasing team
support for building the general company roadmap and budget with data related to managed projects
project status and results reporting to all stakeholders |
