Job mission: to offer solutions to the clients, in order to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction; to sell by phone the most suitable products and services, in order to keep and increase customer base
Responsibilities:
- to offer correct information to the clients, regarding company’s products and services
- to analyze customer profile, traffic behavior and communication needs
- to promote, sell and implement the best product for each customer
- to process all the necessary changes in the client’s profile
- to offer assistance and counseling to the clients
- to record all the important aspects of the process into specific databases
This position is a 12 months assignment
