RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
obiectivul postului:
asigura buna functionare a echipamentelor informatice a utilizatorilor, din punct de vedere hardware si software
responsabilitati:
asigura instalarea si suportul tehnic pentru PC-uri, laptop-uri, imprimante si alte echipamente tehnice achizitionate prin intermediul IT Network:
instalari, configurari hardware si software
suport tehnic la cerere si telefonic doar prin intermediul Call Center-ului ITSupport: 074444-3036
administrarea serverelor de antivirus
verificarea log-urilor de antivirus
asigura suport tehnic prin rotatie si in afara programului normal de lucru
asigura interfata cu firma de service pentru probleme hardware
asigura primul nivel de suport privind reteaua
tine la zi inventarul IT
ofera consultanta tehnica profesionala privind achizitia de noi echipamente IT
