RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Focus area: to assure the necessary support to Orange partners, in order to ensure an efficient activation process
Responsibilities:
- offering information and explanations to the Orange partners, regarding the working procedures and the current offer
- making of the activation process more efficient, through specific tools
- assuring the good functioning of specific programs (e.g..EPOS)
- processing the requests regarding the number allocation
- identifying, reporting and solving of special situations, regarding the Orange partners' needs registering the calls from the dealers into specific databases |
