CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

university degree/ student in terminal years;
fluency in english (other foreign language is a plus ), PC knowledge (MS Office );
experience in a customer service related area is a plus


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Focus area: to offer full information and solutions to the clients, through the dedicated info-line.

Main tasks:
- to offer correct information to the clients, regarding
company’s products and services
- to promote our products and services
- to process all the necessary changes in the client’s profile
- offering assistance and counseling to the clients
- recording all the important aspects of the conversation into specific databases
