- de la clienti pentru plati: facturi, plati in avans, terminalelor, serviciu roaming, depozite, penalitati
- de la Reprezentantii de Vanzari din magazin contravaloarea vanzarilor zilnice
- diverse incasari de la angajatii Orange
2. Incasare carduri
- de la clienti pentru plati: facturi, plati in avans, terminalelor, serviciu roaming, depozite, penalitati
- diverse incasari de la angajatii Orange
3. Verificarea, centralizarea si pregatirea banilor pentru depuneri la banca
4. Registru de casa si verificarea vanzarilor din magazin
5. Oferirea de informatii clientilor referitoare la:
- facturi
- tarife
- oferte de fidelizare
- amanare plati
6. Reconectari in urma efectuarii platilor de catre client
7. Verificarea numerarului
8. Cooperarea cu subdepartamentul Fraud&Revenues pentru loializarea clientilor sau recuperarea debitelor restante
9. Modificari in contul clientilor, activari in servicii aditionale
10. Participarea la programul de fidelizare (puncteThank You)
11. Inventar trimestrial al stocului de marfa al shopului.
12. Alte activitati similare solicitate de superiorii ierarhici. |
