TECHNICAL DEVELOPER for Oracle’s Global Contract Services
Oracle's Global Contract Services (GCS) organization calculates, drafts, and negotiates Oracle's software and services agreements for all lines of business. Our charter is to assist the sales force in generating revenue through drafting timely and accurate ordering documents and agreements. The GCS organization is a revenue-critical financial control for Oracle, responsible for adherance to global business practice and revenue recognition guidelines. The organization employs over 450 people across 5 continents. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The GCS technical developer will fulfill the following functions:
· Be part of the GCS technical team to develop web, java, and Excel based tools that interface with Oracle applications. These solutions will be used by Oracle’s global contracts organization, sales force, and partner community.
· Create & maintain appropriate documentation for developed tools
· Provide front line support & maintanence for technical solutions
· Work / Coordinate development efforts with other GCS team members
· Work with other Oracle business units to identify & fulfill organizational needs

DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
· Minimum of 3 years experience in software development
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
· Experience with HTML, Javascript, J2EE, and JSP · Advanced understanding of Excel and a demonstrated proficiency in VBA.
· Proficient in PL/SQL development
· Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills with a history of continued process improvement.
· Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines.
· Ability to prioritize and execute as needed
· Effective working alone and as a team.
