| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent degree
- 3-5 years of professional business experience in project, program or product management
- Recent emphasis in knowledge management is an advantage
- Possesses general understanding in the areas of application development, database and system design, configuration, testing and deployment
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Very detail oriented with demonstrated outstanding analytical written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated; a results oriented individual driven to excel
- Capability to learn new processes and technologies quickly and independently
- The role is fast-paced and you should be a self-starter who can work well independently, both as an individual contributor and as a team player.
- Demonstrated project management skills required to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-managing program manager who consistently exercises sound judgment, creativity and hands-on in problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline requirements complimenting a proactive and flexible approach with a resilient and results - orientated nature
- Able to resolve and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
- Ability to harvest knowledge and transform it from an informal to a formal one
- Able to work flexible hours to provide global support to engineers and managers | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively participate with the creation and maintenance of all KM Community policies, processes and structures for use by Oracle Community moderators
- Actively participate in future business requirements gathering and prioritization for Communities as determined by executive level strategic decisions
- Deliver training, communication and support to all levels of the organization from individual contributor to director-level engagement regarding the KM Communities on MetaLink
- Ensure that Oracle internal moderators of KM Communities are trained on tools, processes and quality expectations
- Contribute to the award program definition and maintenance for Oracle Community moderators
- Provide monthly report documenting the status of the KM Communities to KM Program team management for distribution to executives
- Effectively communicates relevant project information
- Monitor customer contributions within the community threads for policy violations
- Track the health of Customer Knowledge Exchange program
- Publish customer submitted documents according to the policies and processes established
- Point of contact for Oracle customers in terms of questions related to Communities, feedback, rules of conduct, etc.
- Complete all assigned actions in preparation for the go live of the new KM Communities on MetaLink
- Review deliverables before going live of the new KM Communities
- Interface successfully with Development, Product Management and Global Customer Support organizations to drive end game success
- Undertake ad hoc assignments as and when required by management. | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
