· Knowledge of Discoverer a plus. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsible for data analysis to support and improve the Oracle University EMEA Leads Program. This includes identifying lead sources, extracting and preparing lead lists used for eBlast, telemarketing and direct marketing campaigns as well as providing analysis on lead quality and campaign results.
· Reports to EMEA Oracle University Marketing Manager
· Has no direct reports
· Works as part of the EMEA Oracle University Marketing team
· Works closely with the Oracle University EMEA Operations team, Global CRM team and OUDirect Bucharest
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for determining and pulling Oracle University lists to be used for marketing purposes eg. Eblasts, outbound calling, direct mail
· Responsible for preparing campaign lists for upload
· Generation of source codes used to track campaigns’ success
· Data scrubbing
· Fine tuning an existing lead source with better data
· Determining new lead sources based on data analysis
· Building reports to help analyze trending and quality metrics
· Support Sales reps from a lead management perspective
Accountabilities:
· Develop and maintain relationships with Global, EMEA countries and other LOBs
· Ability to quickly assimilate business requirements and executive direction in order to deliver quality results
· Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities across virtual teams
· Handle very large sets of data
· Good presentation & communication skills, both written and spoken.
· Manage multiple tasks
· Report as required to the relevant parties
· Operate in line with Oracle processes and procedures
· Measure, report, feedback as required on each programs’ progress
