Previous experience in a similar role
University degree
Very good analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Teamwork and Initiative
Advanced level of English
Excellent PC skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process, verify and maintain documentation related to personnel activities
Provide assistance in administering employee benefits programs and worker's compensation plans
Record data for each employee (i.e. personal details, salary, absences, dates of and reasons for terminations etc)
Prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities.
Plan and conduct new employee orientations to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee terminations
Run the induction programs for the new hires
